Q: Is there an age limit?
A: Minimum age in Australia is 14 years of age, however if under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must sign our indemnity form.

Q: Is there a maximum weight limit?
A: Preferred weight is under 95 kg, but up to 110kg is acceptable under ideal conditions.

Q: Any special medical requirements?
A: general fitness is required and a medical declaration is part of our standard paperwork.

Q: What should I wear?
A: Loose or casual clothing is recommended with sneakers or trainers. Special goggles are available for people who wear glasses.
